据教育部网站消息，日前，教育部办公厅下发《关于做好2015年秋季小学新生和中职新生电子学籍接续工作的通知》，《通知》要求，小学须在新生入学1个月内为其注册学籍，中职须在新生入学20个工作日内(最迟不得晚于2015年11月20日)为其注册学籍。

据介绍，教育部从2012年开始先后建设了全国中小学生学籍信息管理系统(以下简称中小学学籍系统)、全国中等职业学校学生管理信息系统(以下简称中职学生系统)、全国学前教育管理信息系统(以下简称学前系统)，为全国所有中小学和中职学生、部分学前幼儿建立了电子学籍。

学籍接续工作包括小学新生电子学籍接续和中职新生电子学籍接续。小学新生电子学籍接续是以小学(含附设小学班)为主体，在2015年秋季新生注册时，接续已建学籍幼儿的电子学籍档案；中职新生学籍接续是以中等职业学校为主体，在2015年秋季新生注册时，接续已建学籍中小学生的电子学籍档案，避免学籍重复。

通知要求，各相关学校要严格按照《小学新生电子学籍接续操作流程》、《中职新生电子学籍接续操作流程》要求，在中小学学籍系统和中职学生系统中利用相关功能导入新生名单、接续学籍、补录新生其他信息、审核学籍档案，完成新生注册。小学须在新生入学1个月内为其注册学籍，中职须在新生入学20个工作日内(最迟不得晚于2015年11月20日)为其注册学籍。
