陈鹏:2019年浙江华昌纺织TWI第二期精彩继续

TWI(Training Within Industry)，即为督导人员训练或一线主管技能培训。其源于二战后，美国生产局重建日本经济，发现日本技术劳动力潜力极为雄厚，但缺乏有效的督导人员，故引进TWI训练，培训了大量的督导人员的能力。随后，推广到世界上众多国家。经多国长期实践证明，TWI是解决一线主管、班组长能力素质提升最科学有效的方法。

2019年7月19号陈鹏老师再次携手浙江培训机构走进浙江华昌纺织，为40多位中基层管理人员带来第二期精彩课程《TWI实战训练》；

第二阶段的3天TWI实战，学员们感觉到了动手能力的重要性。回顾以前听课不少，总无法落地且变得眼高手低。落地，落地实战实做，方可学以致用！
